This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Midwood, Bushwick, Red Hook, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

In Midwood, this single-family is part of a 1920s brick Tudor style row. It has parquet flooring, built-in shelves, and a corner fireplace. The former Open House Pick entered contract in March.

In Bushwick, this two-family is set up with a rental above an owner’s duplex. The listings give a glimpse of a few period details, like mantels and a newel post, in the renovated house. This former Open House Pick sold in this month for $1.4 million, which was $99,000 under the asking price.

In Red Hook, this two-family brick row house is set up with a rental unit above a duplex. This former Open House Pick entered contract in April.

In an early 20th century Kinko-style house, this upper triplex offers three floors of living space, mantels, moldings, and wood floors. Built as a two-family dwelling, 396 9th Street was converted into condos in 2004. This former Condo of the Day sold this month for $2.25 million, which was $150,000 under the asking price.
