This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Williamsburg, Fiske Terrace, Bed Stuy, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

Move-in ready, this income-restricted co-op one-bedroom in Williamsburg isn’t overflowing with closet space, but it does have a flexible floor plan and an office nook in the renovated kitchen. There are six units in the Housing Development Fund Corporation (HDFC) co-operative at 231 Maujer Street, a 19th century walk-up building. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in October.

In the Fiske Terrace-Midwood Park Historic District, this circa 1906 Colonial Revival standalone has mantels, wood floors, wainscoting, and stained glass. The single-family also has a garage with an electric vehicle charger. This former Open House Pick is still available for $2.5 million, a price cut of $149,000.

This 1870s brownstone is in the Stuyvesant Heights Historic District. The renovated single-family has an open plan parlor level, a media room, two floors of bedroom space, and central air. This former Open House Pick sold in October for $2.65 million, which was $145,000 under the asking price.

An Park Slope Italianate was previously gut-renovated by Elizabeth Roberts Architects, and while it has had a few decorative changes since it was last on the market in 2018, it still offers plenty of living space, a kitchen with a custom grill, and central air. This former House of the Day entered contract this month.
