Brooklyn Real Estate Listings Six Months Later: All Four Sold

This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Cobble Hill, Greenwood Heights, Flatbush, and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?

First up, a Cobble Hill row house offers some interesting quirks behind its sedate Greek Revival exterior. The 25-foot-wide dwelling has a few original details intact, but there is room for a new owner to make some updates and give the historic features some polish. This former House of the Day sold in July for $4.3 million, which was $50,000 over the asking price.

This three-story townhouse in Greenwood Heights was previously overhauled with a modern aesthetic. This former Open House Pick sold in August for the asking price of $3.995 million.

There are only a handful of interior photos, but this single-family dwelling has the appeal of being one of the picturesque neo-Federal dwellings that make up the petite Albemarle-Kenmore Terraces Historic District in Flatbush. This former House of the Day sold in July for $999,000, which was $500,000 under the asking price.

Finally, in Bay Ridge this detached single-family has central air and a garage. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $1.525 million, which was $70,000 under the asking price.
