This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Bay Ridge, Bed Stuy, Cobble Hill, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

First up, this brick townhouse in Bay Ridge is tucked away on a private cul-de-sac. It has its original parquet floors with inlays, French pocket doors, stained glass, and coffered ceilings. This former Open House Pick sold for $1.415 million in January, $90,000 over ask.

In Bed Stuy, a three-story, two-family brownstone was designed by Henry B. Hill in the transitional Neo-Grec/Queen Anne style. The 1890s property still retains some unique historic detailing. This former Open House Pick sold for $1.781 million in February, $18,000 under its ask.

In the Cobble Hill Historic District, this two-bedroom apartment has its own private entrance in a townhouse building, as well as lavish interior details, a lofted office, and in-unit laundry. This former Co-op of the Day sold for $2.5 million in February, $550,000 over its asking price.

In Park Slope, a grand Queen Anne exterior hints at the delights to be found inside. Historic features were well cared for and decorative details nod to the stylistic era of the townhouse. This former House of the Day sold for its asking price of $4.25 million in March.
