This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Cobble Hill, Park Slope, Midwood, and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?
First up, in the Cobble Hill Historic District, this circa 1850s Italianate features marble mantels. This former Open House Pick sold in December for $4.3 million, which was $550,000 under the asking price.
It was on the pricey side, but this Victorian flat in the Park Slope Historic District has a roomy layout, high ceilings, vintage woodwork, and 1.5 bathrooms. This former Co-op of the Day sold in October for $2.4 million, which was $450,000 over the asking price.
In estate condition, this early 20th century Midwood house will need a bit of attention, but the standalone is spacious and has original details, a private driveway, and garage. This former House of the Day sold in October for $1.8 million, which was $85,000 under the asking price.
Finally, this Bay Ridge single-family home was renovated, including the kitchen. This former Open House Pick sold in January for $1.49 million, which was $100,000 under the asking price.
