This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Bed Stuy, Ditmas Park West, Bay Ridge, and Sunset Park. How did they fare?

First up, a Bed Stuy Neo-Grec had gone back on the market after a makeover, mixing pattern and color with vintage details. Stylish spaces were outfitted with practical features like updated mechanicals and central air. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in November.

In Ditmas Park West, this single-family home has a wraparound porch and a garage. This former Open House Pick sold in January for $2.1 million, which was $99,000 under the asking price.

In Bay Ridge, this early 20th century row house was renovated with some details, like wood floors and moldings, remaining. This former Open House Pick sold in November for $1,402,500, which was $96,500 under the asking price.

Finally, in an early 20th century walk-up building, this Sunset Park apartment has a flexible layout, wood floors, moldings, and a modest monthly maintenance. This former Co-op of the Day sold in December for the asking price of $499,000.
