This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Prospect Heights, Beverley Square West, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Sunset Park. How did they fare?
First up, a Neo-Grec in the Prospect Heights Historic District is a two-family with a triplex above a garden rental. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $5.049 million, which was $799,000 over the asking price.
In Beverley Square West, this single-family has wood floors, stained glass, and a renovated kitchen with blue cabinets. This former Open House Pick sold in September for $2.995 million, which was $45,000 over the asking price.
One of a row of limestones on a leafy street in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District, this single-family appears move-in ready and has some appealing original details. This former House of the Day sold in August for $2.805 million, which was $10,000 over the asking price.
Finally, in Sunset Park, this isn’t an apartment with grand proportions, but it does have an efficient layout and some prewar details. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in August.
