This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Clinton Hill, Midwood Park, Bed Stuy, and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?
In Clinton Hill, this 1880s manse, designed by Marshall J. Morrill for Charles Erhart, one of the Pfizer co-founders, sold in 2021 after being on the market for years. With an impressive renovation from two owners ago still intact, it was put up for sale in March. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in August.
This circa 1903 Tudor in the Fiske Terrace-Midwood Park Historic District is move-in ready with six bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an expansive ground floor, and a sunroom. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in July.
There are only a few photos for this early 20th century row house in the Stuyvesant Heights Historic District, and the listing notes that it is being sold “as is.” This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in May.
Finally, in Bay Ridge this 1920s single-family is part of a charming stretch of Colonial Revival dwellings. A shared rear driveway leads to a garage. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $1.259 million, which was $9,000 over the asking price.
