This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Crown Heights, Brooklyn Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, and Flatbush. How did they fare?

First up, this 1890s row house designed by Axel Hedman is in the Crown Heights North II Historic District. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $3.4 million, which was $350,000 under the asking price.

In an early 20th century flats building in Brooklyn Heights, an extra-large unit has some details of the period along with a renovated kitchen and in-unit laundry. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in May.

It isn’t dripping with opulent prewar details, but this apartment in Downtown Brooklyn’s postwar Concord Village complex has some modern style and room to spread out as well as skyline views. This former Co-op of the Day sold in April for $882,000, which was $17,000 under the asking price.

Finally, this circa 1900 single-family standalone in East Flatbush comes with an enclosed front porch, a garage, and some period details on the interior. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $715,000, which was $160,000 under the asking price.
