This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Fiske Terrace, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

First up, in Brooklyn Heights, this renovated 18-foot-wide Queen Anne in the historic district is a two-family home with a garden rental and four floors of living space in the owner’s unit. This former Open House Pick sold in March for $5.8 million, which was $400,000 under the asking price.

In the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District, this single-family has built-ins, wainscoting, and wood floors. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $1.75 million, which was $50,000 under the asking price.

In the Fiske Terrace-Midwood Park Historic District, a detached Colonial Revival dwelling has some appealing features, including wood floors, an abundance of bedroom space, and a garage. At 819 East 19th Street, it got a few updates in the mid 20th century, including a knotty pine-filled rumpus room in the basement. This former House of the Day entered contract in April.

Finally, in Park Slope, this studio offers attractive 1930s-era original details, a foyer, and separate kitchen. The unit comes with herringbone wood floors, some interesting kitchen tile, and a stylish black and yellow Deco bath. This former Co-op of the Day sold in April for $453,000, which was $3,000 over the asking price.
