This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Bed Stuy, Fiske Terrace, and Flatbush. How did they fare?
First up, a renovated brownstone in Park Slope has a duplex with a top floor rental. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $2.775 million, which was $325,000 under the asking price.
In Bed Stuy, this 1880s Neo-Grec has a pier mirror, mantels, and moldings. The two-family is set up with a triplex and a top floor rental. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $2.4 million, which was $100,000 under the asking price.
In the Fiske Terrace-Midwood Park Historic District, a single-family standalone dates to circa 1906. This former Open House Pick is still available for $2.175 million.
Finally, this Flatbush row house contains an extensive list of period details, not limited to mantels, wainscoting, stained glass, and an intact pass-through. This former House of the Day sold in February for $2.35 million, which was $55,000 over the asking price.
