This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Windsor Terrace, and East Flatbush. How did they fare?

First up, in Park Slope this extra-wide single-family in the historic district appears both gracious and practical for a busy household. This former House of the Day sold in January for $4.325 million, which was $75,000 over the asking price.

In the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District, this early 20th century brick row house has been renovated. This former Open House Pick sold in December for $1.9 million, which was $150,000 over the asking price.

This three-bedroom apartment in a Windsor Terrace co-op is roomier than most and appears move-in ready, with parquet floors, a large kitchen, and six closets. This former Co-op of the Day sold in February for $1,367,500, which was $33,500 under the asking price.

Finally, in East Flatbush a detached brick house has a garage and a shared driveway. This former Open House Pick sold in January for $720,000, which was $20,001 over the asking price.
