This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Cobble Hill, Beverly Square West, Flatbush, and Bushwick. How did they fare?

First up, this Cobble Hill Italianate displays opulent plasterwork along with a modern renovation by noted architect Ole Sondresen that includes triple-paned windows, central air, and a sauna. This former House of the Day sold in November for $11.3 million, which was $50,000 over the asking price.

In Beverly Square West, a stylish makeover gave this already impressive standalone a bit of extra polish, zhuzhing period details like wainscoting, mantels, and stained glass. This former House of the Day sold in December for $2.75 million, which was $100,000 under the asking price.

A Tudor-style two-family in Flatbush has wood floors, an original stair, and the perk of a two-car garage. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in January.

Finally, in Bushwick, this wood frame is a two-family with an owner’s duplex and a top floor rental. This former Open House Pick sold in November for $1.209 million, which was $14,000 over the asking price.
