This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Fort Greene, and Marine Park. How did they fare?

First up, this two-family wood frame in Park Slope has wood floors, mantels, and a pink bathroom. This former Open House Pick entered contract in November.

In the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District, this pale brick house could use some polishing, but it’s priced under $2 million and does not lack for historic details like woodwork and moldings. This former House of the Day sold in October for $1.7 million, which was $150,000 under the asking price.

The ceilings are not the highest but the mid-century modern vibe is strong and it’s a lot of apartment for the price in Fort Greene. This former Co-op of the Day sold in January for $815,000, which was $40,000 over the asking price.

Finally, this semi-detached, two-family Marine Park home is in estate condition. This former Open House Pick sold in November for the asking price of $998,000.
