This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens, and Flatlands. How did they fare?

An 1850s Brooklyn Heights row house got a redo inside and out that added period-inspired details to the exterior and transformed the interior into a sleek, modern residence. The Elizabeth Roberts-designed renovation converted the four-family into a single-family dwelling. This former House of the Day is still available for the listing price of $6.995 million.

In Carroll Gardens, this brownstone has a renovated kitchen, central air, and a landscaped yard. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $5.5 million, which was $505,00 over the asking price.

A brick row house in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District comprises an owner’s duplex and two rentals. This former Open House Pick sold in October for $3.999 million, which was $751,000 below the asking price.

The grandeur of this Shingle Style house in Flatlands is a surprise: On a corner, it boasts a wealth of space and plenty of details still intact, including wainscoting, moldings, pier mirrors, and stained glass. This former House of the Day sold in September for the asking price of $1.525 million.
