This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Greenpoint, Windsor Terrace, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

In Greenpoint, a three-family with renovated kitchens and baths has one unit per floor. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in June.

Going by the handful of listing photos, this Windsor Terrace row house appears to have been well cared for over the decades, with gleaming wood floors and attractive stone mantels. At 139 Windsor Place, it is also just a short stroll from Prospect Park. This former House of the Day sold in June for $2 million, which was $195,000 under the asking price.

In Prospect Lefferts Gardens, a row house has wood floors, pocket doors, plaster details, and built-ins. A bedroom suite includes a dressing room. This former Open House Pick is still available.

An apartment in a frothy Beaux-Arts building in the Park Slope Historic District has plenty of original features and potential to expand. It’s located on the first floor of 135 Prospect Park West, a six-story, 43-unit elevator building across from Prospect Park. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for $1.4 million, which was $205,000 over the asking price.
