This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

In the Prospect Heights Historic District, an 1880 Italianate/Neo-Grec brownstone is set up with a garden rental below a triplex. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in May.

Advertised as a “New American Basement House” when it was completed in 1915, this Crown Heights row house still has some of its period detail intact, including an Arts and Crafts-style stair and tiled fireplace, along with some updates like a renovated kitchen. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in April.

In Park Slope, a 13.5-foot-wide row house is a single-family with four bedrooms and a renovated kitchen. This former Open House Pick sold in July for the listing price of $2.695 million.

Back on the market with new photos and a floor plan, this Crown Heights wood frame is still beguiling, with original details, a rear-lot garage, and some newly uncovered history. This former House of the Day sold in May for $2.125 million.
