This weekend’s open house picks include a pair of Italianate wood frames in Bed Stuy, one being marketed as a teardown. They all have original details, with the others in Flatbush and Windsor Terrace.

The home in Windsor Terrace is a good place to start. A three-family brick townhouse, there are historic details in the way of tin ceilings, plaster crown and picture frame moldings and a carved newel post. Each floor contains a dining room, kitchen, living area and, respectively, three, two, and one bedroom, moving from the top floor down.

Next, an Italianate wood frame in Bed Stuy that is being marketed as a teardown, although its interior, while in need of work, is quite charming.
