This week, we look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Williamsburg, Crown Heights, Prospect Heights and Park Slope. How did they fare?

Starting us off, a duplex condo in Williamsburg that has windows galore in the living room and two bedrooms, with stairs leading up to the second bedroom with a terrace and a roof deck. Located at 117 Kingsland Avenue, it’s near the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway and the border of Greenpoint. After a change of broker, this former Condo of the Day entered contract in July.

This next one falls in the needs-love category. A single-family townhouse at 1164 Union Street, its barrel-fronted brownstone facade has Ionic columns on either side of wrought iron double glass doors, with understated fluting and foliate panels around the windows. This former House of the Day sold in March for $1.385 million, which was $65,000 below the initial asking price.

Next, a prewar co-op in Prospect Heights that’s primely located just a half-block from Grand Army Plaza. It’s located at 274 St. Johns Place, in a circa 1913 brick building with 16 units, one of several built along this street at the time christened with vaguely historic sounding names. This Co-op of the Day sold in March for $833,300, which was $38,300 above the asking price.

Last this week, this third-floor co-op in Park Slope that has a few clean, well-lighted places for books. An office nook filled with built-in bookshelves takes advantage of the front living room alcove, and the unit has a well-appointed library between the bedroom and kitchen, which also serves as the passage from the bedroom to the bath. This former Co-op of the Day sold in May for $1.075 million, which was $70,000 below the asking price.
