Today we’re taking a look back at Labor Day week to see how our featured listings fared. It was a week without open houses, but we featured some notable listings regardless.

First up is a large property at 104 Butler Street in Carroll Gardens with a unique setup. The property has two separate structures: a three-story townhouse and a three-story carriage house in the rear. The two properties offer a combined 4,200 square feet of space in total, on a 20-by-100-foot lot. The former House of the Day is in contract as of February.

This 1892 brownstone at 58 Macon Street in Bed Stuy has all the period details you could want, including a mother lode of original carved woodwork. It’s got six mantels, two pier mirrors, an entry bench, built-in cabinets, carved door frames, elaborate wainscoting and banisters in the hallway, and pocket doors and shutters; there are also parquet floors and original stained glass. The former House of the Day is still available, listed with a new broker for $2.2 million, a price cut of $275,000.

This 19th-century townhouse at 130 North 1st Street in Williamsburg has been thoroughly overhauled with rustic modern finishes such as exposed beams and brick and a custom metal staircase. Likely originally a wood-frame Italianate dating from the mid-19th century, the house is a whopping 25 feet wide with a brick veneer exterior. The former House of the Day sold in December for $3.85 million, $45,000 below ask.

Last, this thoughtfully appointed two-bedroom condo floorthrough is on the second floor of a newly constructed three-unit building at 341 Sackett Street in Carroll Gardens. It’s the first apartment to hit the market in the building, which replaced a mid-19th century (or possibly even older) house on an extra big lot. Duplexes above and below are still in the works. This Condo of the Day is currently in contract.
