What $995K Buys in Brooklyn: Fireplaces, Parking, Two Bedrooms
If your budget is just under a million, in Brooklyn, you will have your pick of two-bedroom apartments. Do you fancy one with a fireplace, jacuzzi, parking or outdoor space?

So you’re looking to spend under a million on a home. What does that get you? In Brooklyn, you will have your pick of two-bedroom, one-bath apartments.
We rounded up five options with a variety of features and amenities. Almost all are condos, with one co-op in the bunch.
Styles run the gamut from new construction to renovated prewar buildings to Victorians with original details. You’ll find jacuzzis, roof decks, parking and fireplaces, among other perks.
The majority of the units are located in brownstone Brooklyn — Park Slope, Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens — but we did find one newly renovated condo in a former townhouse in Bushwick.
They range in price from $835,000 to $995,000.
