This week’s top 10 listings included an Edwardian with a wraparound porch in Midwood, a Renaissance Revival brownstone in Bed Stuy and an Italianate brownstone in Clinton Hill.

There were two listings this week’s top 10 in Carroll Gardens and the rest were each in a different Brooklyn neighborhood. The most expensive home in the top 10 was a Beaux Arts mansion in Park Slope asking $7.995 million, and the least expensive was a Greenpoint co-op asking $875,000.
