Our picks for open houses to see this weekend are found in Park Slope, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill and Bed Stuy. They range in price from $6.75 to $1.675 million.

In the Park Slope Historic District, this 1880s Neo-Grec has original details like plasterwork, mantels and unpainted woodwork along with a recent architect-designed renovation. The two-family with the Delson or Sherman designed interior has a surplus of living space with a garden level apartment below a four-story owner’s unit with walls of glass on the parlor and garden levels, a top floor terrace and a roof deck. A House of the Day in 2020 when it was priced at $6 million it is now on the market for $6.75 million.

This Italianate in the Cobble Hill Historic District is perhaps for those ready to tackle a project. The listing for the estate-condition four-family only includes a handful of photos but they do show wide-planked floorboards, a marble mantel and a bit of original plasterwork. It is set up with a garden-level apartment and an owner’s triplex above, according to the floorplans. There aren’t any photos of the wet rooms, which presumably need a fair bit of work as the listing notes the house “needs to be renovated.”

Another Italianate, this circa 1850s brick row house in the Boerum Hill Historic District lost its cornice in favor of a stepped parapet in the 20th century, but still has some original details on the interior including a stair, plasterwork, marble mantels and wide-planked floorboards. Set up with a triplex above a garden apartment, the renovated two-family has a fairly open parlor level with a kitchen at the rear and four bedrooms and office space on the floors above.

Finally, in Bed Stuy, we have a 17.25 wide, 1890s brownstone with Romanesque Revival details that is the only one on our list not in a historic district. The renovated two-family, with a garden apartment and duplex above, has refinished woodwork, stained glass and five mantels, many with original tile and inserts. On the rear of the parlor level, the spacious kitchen has a mix of blue and white cabinets and there is a powder room tucked in the hall. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bath.
