This weekend’s open house picks all have unique features, including a two-car garage and a two-story colonnade porch. Only the most expensive pick, in Cobble Hill, is in the brownstone belt, with the rest in Bushwick, Bay Ridge and a stunner in Prospect Park South.

First up, in the Cobble Hill Historic District, a narrow three-family configured as two rentals above a two-bedroom duplex with private access to the yard. There are intricate plaster picture frame moldings, intricate ceiling medallions and pierced plasterwork moldings in one pictured bedroom and minimal original details in the rest of the home. The kitchens are all airy and recently renovated, while the one pictured bathroom has floor to ceiling subway tile and an enclosed tub. The duplex and top floor unit are currently occupied, with leases ending with the calendar year, and the owner currently lives on the second floor rental.

Next, in Prospect Park South, a grand standalone with original details, a dramatic, two-story columned porch, wraparound veranda and a turret on the side. There’s a sitting room, piano room with porch access, a sprawling formal dining room with coffered ceiling and at least two decorative fireplaces on this level. The eat-in kitchen has a center island and skylights. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a decorative fireplace mantel and en-suite bath with separate tub and shower. There are five other bedrooms, all with window surrounds and some plaster wall moldings, and an upper floor bath with clawfoot tub. According to the listing, plans for a shared driveway with the neighbors, which would provide the owner with two parking spaces, are in the works.

In Bushwick, here’s a two-story, two-family semi-detached brick home currently configured as a three-bedroom duplex below a rental. There’s a two-car garage, a full wall of front-facing windows on both levels, and some plaster wall moldings and window surrounds with shelves throughout. No bathrooms are pictured and both kitchens are large, with enough room for small dining room tables.

Lastly, the only property under $1 million, a brick single-family in Bay Ridge with a large, paved backyard and some original details. There are four bedrooms, but only one is pictured, which has two large windows. The rear kitchen on the first floor is a bit dated and has yard access via a small deck accessible through sliding glass doors. The front yard of the home is tiered and the basement is “semi-finished,” according to the listing.
