All but one of this weekend’s open house picks are well over $2 million, and they’re spread across the borough, from Clinton Hill to Windsor Terrace, with one in Boerum Hill and another in Flatbush.

First up, a four-story renovated Italianate townhouse in Clinton Hill that’s currently configured as an upper triplex over a two-bedroom garden-level rental. It appears that most original details — except for two decorative fourth-floor mantels — have been stripped from all but the parlor level, which boasts intricate crown moldings as well as two additional mantels, one in the rear kitchen. The third-level has the master suite with walk-in closet and en suite bath leading to a terrace, and the top floor has a den with skylight and kitchenette, in addition to two more bedrooms. There are all new structural and mechanical systems throughout, according to the listing, including central HVAC and a new roof.

Next, we have an extra wide brick Greek Revival-Italianate hybrid in Boerum Hill. The four-story home is configured as an owners triplex over a one-bedroom garden rental with private patio. Plaster crown and floor moldings can be found throughout, along with original wide plank flooring and a working black marble fireplace on the parlor level and four other decorative mantels in the upper bedrooms. The triplex’s kitchen is framed by an archway with hanging lights and looks into the dining room which has deck access. The floor-through, third-story master suite has a dressing room, access to the roof deck (via a ladder), laundry, a living area, black tiled en suite bath with sprawling, partitioned shower and built-in exposed brick shelving.

In Windsor Terrace, we have a barrel-fronted home with a turquoise cornice that’s currently configured as two single-floor units. The parlor level is quite busy, with a den and an office separating the front living room from the rear kitchen, which has an eat-in counter and doesn’t appear to have been renovated in some time. There are picture frame moldings in at least two of the upstairs bedrooms, and the master has a large adjacent dressing room through pocket doors. laundry and a studio are located in the cellar.

Wrapping up, an early 20th century brick two-story in Flatbush in need of some work but priced accordingly. An arched doorway appears to be the only original interior note, but the home’s facade is quite memorable, with its slanted roof and triangular entry, shared with the adjacent property. There’s a full bath and abundant storage in the cellar. On the first floor, there’s a dining room, living room and rear eat-in kitchen. Three closeted bedrooms and a second bath are on the level above.
