This weekend’s open houses are all over $1 million. Two have private parking, all are in move-in condition and they range in style from modern to thoroughly modern. All are in the brownstone belt, including one as far east as Bushwick.

First up, we have a four-story, gut renovated townhouse flip with modern updates in Carroll Gardens. Original details are limited to the facade, and the home has “private parking,” although it’s unclear where. There’s a galley kitchen on the first floor with an eat-in island in the middle and a living area in the rear with access to a deck. The second story is a floor-through master suite with a walk-through wardrobe, study and dual sinks in the en suite bath.

Next, in Clinton Hill, there’s a four-story Italianate brownstone which has lost some of its details both inside and out. It’s currently configured as a four-family (it’s listed elsewhere as a two-family, and there’s no certificate of occupancy available). In the original details department, it boasts some marble mantels, plaster details and moldings. The one bathroom pictured has been updated, although not particularly recently, and contains a tub and pedestal sink.

In Fort Greene, we have yet another flipped and gutted townhouse, this one an extremely modern two-family brick corner property. The home is configured, unusually, as an owners duplex with cellar and a renters duplex in the rear. There are two pictured custom built-in bedroom closets, a glassed-in staircase and a new, bamboo-like fence in the backyard.

Last up, in Bushwick, there’s a brick three-story, three-family configured as a two-bedroom duplex above a one-bedroom garden-level rental. Both bedrooms in the owners unit have en suite bathrooms, one with dual vanity and adjacent walk-in closet. The owners kitchen with eat-in island leads out onto a deck above a backyard with astroturf front and rear dirt plot. The cement front yard offers private parking for one car. There are no original details in sight.
