Here’s a look at how four of our featured listings from six months ago fared on the market.

Starting us off, we have a Bed Stuy brownstone that’s been redone from top to bottom, with restored original details alongside modern appointments like spa-style baths and a floating staircase. A turn-of-the-century number that stands 18 feet wide, it sits at 488 Madison Street, just off Marcus Garvey Boulevard. This former House of the Day didn’t sell; the owner decided to turn the house into condos, which are now on the market and one of them is in contract.

Next, we have a move-in ready two-bedroom co-op in Bay Ridge whose most distinctive feature is an octagonal living room with views of the waterfront and the Verrazano Bridge. It’s on Shore Road, once home to many a grand one-family residence (like the one featured here), now dominated by prewar buildings like this one, which was built in 1940. This former Co-op of the Day sold in May for $333,147, which was $414,853 under the asking price.

After that, we have a brick Crown Heights townhouse that looks like it could be a sound investment property, with four renovated units in a desirable location. That would be 644 Park Place, part of a handsome late 19th century row of red-brick buildings with Romanesque arches and an unusual crenelated roofline instead of cornices, just off Franklin Avenue. This former House of the Day is still on the market for the last asking price.

Wrapping up over in Bushwick, we’ve got a newly renovated two-story brick house on Putnam Avenue, which was built in 2005. It’s got an apartment on each floor and a finished basement that’s duplexed with the lower unit. It’s a deep one, at 19 feet by 60 feet, allowing for 30-foot living rooms. It’s also not brimming with charm, but it’s in good shape and move-in ready. This former Open House Pick sold in March for $1.08 million, which is $5,000 below the asking price.
