Does this mean the other units come occupied, or are they just highlighting the ones with the outdoor access an owner-occupant is presumably going to want? A point worth investigating, needless to say.

In any case, as noted, the place is a looker, with stylish, tasteful updating, exposed brick, parquet floors, stained glass, and original moldings and woodwork. Whether all of the units have been renovated is another point of interest; presumably they have, but one never knows.
