10/14/2020 33 Frost, an eight-unit boutique condo building in the Northern reaches of Williamsburg, seems to have done pretty well for itself considering the pandemic and all. Under the marketing aegis of the @halstead crew, it appears from @streeteasy that seven of the eight units are spoken for, leaving only the $3,250,000 four-bedroom penthouse up for grabs. (The outdoor staircase situation is reminiscent of the @helloliving projects of yore in Prospect Heights, no?) . . . @brownstoner @curbedny @therealdeal @yimbygram
