This Prospect Lefferts Gardens one-bedroom is a prewar unit offering decent space for a decent price, a stone’s throw from Prospect Park and the B and Q trains. It’s on the top floor of a 56-unit elevator building at 64 Lincoln Road.

There’s no bells and whistles with this one. You get four rooms: a decent sized living room, a decent sized bedroom with what looks to be a walk-in closet, a small kitchen and a tiled bathroom. There’s also a long hallway, which doesn’t count as a room, but maybe you could find some way to take advantage of it.

The living room and bedroom have some nice wall moldings and hardwood floors (parquet in the former case). Looks like you’d get reasonable light in both.

The kitchen is minimalist, best suited to someone who collects more takeout menus than cookbooks. There’s a good-sized window in there, so that’s a plus.
