The four units on offer range in price from $385,000 for approximately 824 square feet to $399,000 for around 893 square feet. (Units were originally priced up to $415,000.) According to the listings, “Homes include exposed brick walls and arched windows showcasing the building’s 19th-century roots. Wide-plank flooring runs wall to wall beneath high ceilings that enhance the sense of spaciousness.” The interiors don’t look half bad. Has anybody checked this place out?
