We’re not in the habit of posting classifieds on the main blog, but in the name of blogger unity, we’re going to make an exception. We got an email from Grace at design*sponge. She and her boyfriend have been trying in vain to find a one bedroom apartment East of the BQE. Price Range? $1,350. “We tried the no-broker game but Craigslist has left much to be desired,” she writes. Judging from a recent post, the broker game hasn’t worked out too well, either. We suspect the problem might be her price range, but maybe there’s some blogger-friendly landlord who’s willing to barter rent for design tips. Waddya say, folks? Anyone got any leads?
