It’s pretty darn close–but it is East of Classon. The proximity to CH plus pretty block made this sell at close to CH prices.
Why is this considered Bed Stuy – it looks like Clinton Hill to me.
Had a feeling this was the best value of your last group of Open Houses.. way under market value.
I wonder if the Brownstoner effect was in play here?
Seriously, though, I didn’t see this place but compared to the prices of comparables a couple of blocks west, even $900k seems like a lot of house for the money.
I have heard that went for more than 100k over.
