A photogenic apartment in Bed Stuy has moldings, wood floors with inlays, stained glass, and two bedrooms. It’s on the top floor of a four-story four-family limestone in the Bedford Historic District.

Designed and built circa 1909 by Frederick L. Hine for the Cresnell Improvement Company, the Renaissance Revival row house at 208 Jefferson Avenue has a barrel front and columns flanking its double entry door.

The floor-through unit, originally a bedroom floor in what was once a single-family house, appears to have five rooms and an updated bathroom and kitchen. Neither are pictured, but the listing mentions a dishwasher and in-unit laundry. An old listing from 2018 shows high ceilings, a galley kitchen with engineered stone counters and checked floor, and bathroom with white fixtures and green glass subway wall tile.

An open house is scheduled for Sunday, October 22 from noon to 1:30 p.m.; the apartment will be ready for move-in December 1. Listed by Ting Hu of Douglas Elliman, the unit is priced at $3,200 a month. Worth it?
