Sometimes patience (and some price cuts!) pay off: A tipster informed us that 350 Atlantic Avenue, which was first listed in 2009 and was a a HOTD last year, just closed for $2.5 million. The renovated home was marketed for its versatility, with the listing saying it could be used as anything from a single to a three-family and could support ground-floor retail. It was first asking $3.5 million in 2009, which was reduced to $2.9 million as of last year. Think the price makes sense?
