Any more info on One Hanson move in status?
6pm: TCO for One Hanson has now been issued and is visible on BISweb. It lists floors “5-10”, which in marketing terms are 9-14. (They renumbered the floors for condo sales.)
10:35: Yes, people have begun moving into the lower floors of Forte.
Guest @ December 20, 2007 12:02 PM,
My husband and I are moving to One Hanson in the 15-17 batch, and this confirms what we’ve heard as well.
We also learned that FIOS is installed in the building and will be ready for use when we get there. So happy. 🙂
I lived in crown heights last year for a year. I used to hear gun shots every week. CH is a shithole and I am so glad I don’t live there anymore.
Just to bring the conversation back to the post… there are no temporary certificates of occupancy issued for 1 Hanson Place as per the BIS
has there ever been a brownstoner.com mixer?
