The new building at 517 Court Street, on the corner of 9th Street in Carroll Gardens, must be just about complete, as a few two-bedroom units have been listed from $3,300 to $5,500/month. Unfortunately, there are no interior photos or building details yet. The building has been in the making since 2008. It still looks like there’s a decent amount of work that still needs to be done to the ground floor—where signs are advertising space for new retail—before construction wraps.
