The kitchens look pretty nice (except for those odd handles on the cabinets) and the living rooms look open and benefit from large windows; the bathrooms, however, aren’t doing it for us.

The bathrooms are horrific, and the kitchen isn’t that appealing either. For the money people are spending on these condos, they really should be able to pick out the types of Kitchen cabinets, bathroom tiles, finishes etc…Who wants to have the same Kitchen and Bathroom as the next tennant below…
Just because it is granite or a special type of something doesn’t necessarily make it desireable.
The layouts are shi**y, hate the windows, seriously hate the windows.
this place reminds me of miami vice for some reason.
Yeah, I couldn’t use that bathroom – it’s like being in the hall of mirrors at a carnival. And what’s with the twig handles on the cabinets – aren’t they only going to appeal to a very small group of buyers?
Based on that photo, I don’t think ‘decent’ or ‘progress’ should ever be used to describe this building. That’s about as ugly as they get!

ha! thanks for asking dirty – i like the kitchens and even the handles – it looks cool and modern but kinda homey.
i think the location is fine – you have proximity to the L, shopping, B61, etc… Also, people with kids are near Wiliamsburg Northside Preschool.
**Williamsburg Northside now is offering K and 1st with intentions of building a grade each year eventually through middle school. We, however, will probably stay public.
if i recall correctly – this block of N5th isn’t exactly charming
wine lover – what say you?
Typical 2 bedroom from scarano, 2nd has no windows.
Wow that bathroom sure is busy. Also what’s with the “construction paper” people in the courtyard?
