818 Dean Street Is Going Rental

This signage appeared outside of 818 Dean Street, which now looks like it’s called The Dean Lofts. We haven’t checked up on the Scarano-designed build since it was under construction many years ago. There are no units up on Streeteasy yet, but the signage says apartments will start at $1,800 a month and feature private outdoor spaces, washer/dryer units, central A.C., and 18-foot ceilings. A representative from Aguayo Realty Group, who is marketing the building, says that they expect to begin marketing the units in the next few weeks. There are 14 apartments in all.
