Yesterday a press release announced that 75 percent of the condos in the 240-unit Downtown condo Toren have sold. The developers say 2011 has been a good year, with 20 percent of the building selling since January. The 60 remaining units are running from $307,000 to $1.48 million. There’s still no word on what’s going on with the condo’s commercial space, though. (It was supposed to be a supermarket, but it’s unclear if that’s still going to happen.) GMAP
