Our dreams of finding out what a developer could possibly charge for people to buy a unit the 4th Avenue sliver on Carroll Street have been forever dashed. The eight units in the building will be rentals, according to the construction crew on the job. Building amenities include easy access to Cattyshack, the lesbian bar next door. Thoughts on what these’ll rent for? We’ll guess around $2,800 a month.

Being close to the Cattyshack is no ‘amenity’ – that bar can be rough (seriously) – I’ve seem some pretty vicious fights and other druken behavior outside there – on a regular basis.
Doesnt seem to attract to many lipstick lesbians thats for sure.
I walk by the Cattyshack every night and I havent seen a ‘hot’ one yet – in fact 95% of the chicks going in there look and act like they could kick the crap out of the NY Giants.
Is that the closest lesbian bar to the Brighton Beach Russian condo???
