The 118,367-square-foot warehouse at 37 9th Street has sold for $6,000,000. It was previously owned by the Department of Transportation and is zoned for manufacturing and industrial business. But according to ACRIS, the property type was listed as an “Apartment Building” when it sold. It was bought up by Gowanus Holdings, LLC. Anyone know more about them or the plans for this place? 1. fsrg is on the right track: #37 is the one-story “luncheonette” next to the F/G train entrance. It’s tiny, and hemmed-in height-wise by the elevated train’s superstructure right above it. This can’t be a $6-mil property. There must be an error somewhere.
