fsrg is on the right track: #37 is the one-story “luncheonette” next to the F/G train entrance. It’s tiny, and hemmed-in height-wise by the elevated train’s superstructure right above it. This can’t be a $6-mil property. There must be an error somewhere.
I think that photo is wrong I think that is 53 9th (I could be wrong) but I think 37 is the one on the corner of Smith and 9th – north side.
