The three-story brownstone building at the corner of Myrtle and Adelphi in Fort Greene changed hands in 2004 for $760,000. Since then, the new owner managed to lease the ground-floor retail space to Carver Federal Savings Bank, though a smaller office space at the rear of the building remains unrented. Before Thanksgiving, the four residential units on the upper two floors hit the market as separate condos, all priced between $400,000 and $485,000. From the street, however, it certainly looks like all four units are currently occupied.

It was in bad shape but I would guess that keeping the deco look would have been cheaper than doing this not quite right facade renovation.
could they have bought cheaper smaller windows?
this makes a trailer home look gracious.
Minard, believe it’s a new construction bldg where they attempted to make it look like old school brownstone.
740k is sweet deal. recall they was last asking 1.6M or 1.8M before the listing disappeared from memory
Aren’t those windows too small for that building? There is something weirdly discomforting about that facade.
