Remember 326 10th Street? It was a House of the Day in June when it was listed for $1,125,000. Well, it just sold. Guess how much?

$997,000. Seems like a good deal for the buyer to us.

  1. When I first moved here 29 yrs ago, and had a rental on 11th street to fill, people came and commented that they wanted to stay above 9th street. At that time I was in the south slope. I have not heard this for a LONG time, so I think south slope has moved further south?

  2. more4less: South of 15th Street, east of PPW, between Prospect Park and Greenwood Cemetery is Windsor Terrace. Below 15th Street (or maybe it’s the Prospect Expressway?), west of PPW and Greenwood, is Greenwood Heights. Me thinks!

  3. Slope/So. Slope border = imaginary line from 4th Ave/9th St to PPW/15th. or perhaps a zigzag with those endpoints. If you are unsure, just look for vinyl siding from where you are standing. If you can see some, you are in So. Slope.

  4. 11217, folks here been saying 9th st is border of park slope proper vs south slope. regardless, 9th st was the border I set the wager with Mr Joist and also extended similar wager to antidope.
