This spring, the Carroll Gardens townhouse at 310 Union Street went on the market for $3,195,000. We called the price “aggressive,” although we noted “the townhouse market is so rocking these days we’re not ready to dismiss it out of hand.” Commenters seemed split on whether or not the house would sell for ask. Well, it just hit public records for $3,195,000. Streeteasy shows that the home entered contract only one month after it went on the market. Curbed noted yesterday that Carroll Gardens houses are “selling like multi-million dollar hotcakes,” noting this sale as well as 356 Sackett Street, a $4,099,000 townhouse that went into contract after only a month on the market.
