Relaunch at 272 19th Street
Corcoran just took over the job of trying to sell the six new condos at 272 19th Street, after Brown Harris Stevens, Warren Lewis and Garfield Realty all came up empty-handed earlier in the year. Corcoran just took over the job of trying to sell the six new condos at 272 19th Street, after Brown Harris Stevens, Warren Lewis and Garfield Realty all came up empty-handed earlier in the year. It’s hard to blame the brokers, though, when this is the product they’re working with! Prices under the Corcoran regime look pretty much unchanged: From $339,000 for a 866-square-foot one-bedroom up to $619,000 for a 1,020-square-foot two-bedroom. How would you rate their chances?

yeah, my first impression was, at least there are no fedders. BUt that triangle is stupid, and the building is still uninspired, and yeah, ugly- so BK development not off the hook.
stagazer read my mind. like hellao, at least there are no fedders. I’ll take the kooky parapet gesture over fedders any day.
Whoa… UGLY!
G A R B A G E !!
Another POS brought to you by BK Development, home of the “yawnable” designs.
Shitting up the neighborhood right and left, thanks guys. You can’t even get the eclectic look of GWH down pat…and that’s pretty damn easy.
Given the bang up job Corcoran did in selling the 16th Street condos a few blocks away, I don’t see how this could fail.
Oh, wait, those units are still on the market?

Ruh roh.
I’d rate their chances as exceedingly slim. That’s one uninspired POS.
at least I do not see the name fedders screamming at me under every single window.
Or bad choices in furniture.
