Marketing for this building began in 2009, and it probably hasn’t won anyone over on exterior looks alone. The floor plans and interior pics on its website aren’t too shabby, though.

I’ve been inside. The apartments ARE nice but that is one of the ugliest buildings ever, and its surroundings aren’t great either.

This building has under-whelming curb appeal.
So surprised this turned into a discussion about where CH begins and BS ends.
Have walked by this place many time. Really un-appealing, IMO. Are there actual pictures of the interiors? All I see are renderings and really clean cyberspace stuff.

yeah, the outside is sprayed (and painted) styrofoam over cinderblock. Construction on this building began in 2003!
This is in Clinton Hill, as it’s on the Clinton Hill side of Classon. I looked at these units and they all had a lot going for them. Lots of space, nice fixtures/appliances. The 3 bedroom is GIANT and bright. The outside of the building leaves something to be desired, but inside it’s great!
