Aguayo & Huebener launched sales at 27 Quincy in Bedford Stuyvesant Clinton Hill last April, but Corcoran recently took over as the development’s sales reps. Prices originally ranged from $365,000 to $525,000 for one- and two-bedroom units. Now a studio starts at $249,000 and a two-bedroom condo is $465,000. Two units, meanwhile, were bumped up $10,000. A broker tells us six of the sixteen units were already in contract, and one more has gone into contract since Corcoran started selling them.

  1. All the rats and roaches in those two buildings sandwiching this one CANNOT WAIT for people to move in here, with their warmth and yummy nuggets.

  2. I’ve been on Washington ave north of Fulton and it semed like quite a nice area. The per foot prices are very competitive. Might be worth a gawk.

  3. Actually this is on the west side of Classon, so I think it is Clinton Hill. There are a number of other new developments on the block – including the low income component of one of the towers downtown. The head of the street is the site of the now Fallen Angel art installation/building. I’ve always liked the block for its mixture of commercial and residential. Still very much a diamond in the rough, but hey if you overpay you can get all your furniture at the Salvation Army next door!
