223 Pacific Readies Full Launch

The sister building to the uber-successful 225 Pacific Street, 223 Pacific, started its marketing push last month, and a broker tells us a few of the units are already in contract. The 30-unit condo, however, is still in pre-sales mode and won’t launch completely until September. Prices are running from $675,000 to $1.9 million, and a few interior shots are available for perusal here.
