Sales have relaunched at 175 Vanderbilt Avenue, now known as Fino 175. There are now five one and two bedrooms on the market priced from $625,000 to $1,100,000. Marketing for the condo first began in April, and it doesn’t look like prices differ much from that first go-around. The listing says “amenities include private, keyed elevator access to apartments, a lobby accented with floor-to-ceiling European tiling, a private roof terrace with water and electric, and a common roof terrace with sweeping views of Brooklyn and Manhattan.” You can see some interior shots here.
